The latest news regarding the American Library Association’s collateral damage: children are being exposed to pornography in their local libraries, as men go there, to look at porn on library computers! In many cases, recently in Henderson, Tennessee, a man exposed himself in a city library. It has been reported, that the viewing of porn is legal in a library, and IT IS NOT! Incorrect reporting – as distribution of obscene materials if occurring, applies here as the girls state, Washington has obscenity laws, which make the allowance of porn in a public place prosecutable, along with the ALA’s policy on not filtering, as being non-compliant, with the case they LOST, in the United States vs. ALA (Supreme Court decision).
